Razor will not let the 2 blades that you sent with the unit attach it's broken so I'm not able to shave with your razor please send me a new one The razor is broken it will not attach the blades to ithat's the blades to it please send me a new one as soon as possible thank you Not a good customer service

You only have an information line . I need to speak to representative

I was charged 71.66 on my checking account which I did not authorize my bank will be checking into it for fraud, I need a phone number to call !!!

Change order

Am trying to reach your company. There are now two accounts set up for my husband and we want them stopped. Not being able to contact anyone is not acceptable.. this is not good customer service.

Razor handle broken.

I have the 4 blade razor handle that has broken again. You have replace 3 at no charge for me. Will you replace this one again. I sedont think I should pay a dollar to continue a chat. Please advise. Thank you. EdGodri

I was sent the wrong razor

Can not get in touch with Co. Need new razor . Replacement razor delivered does not fit my blades. Not sure WHAT RAZOR TO ORDER! because I can not talk to anyone!

No complaint I just have a lot of the products I use on hand. I need a break to use what I have. I no longer shave as much as I am an old *** and retired. Slow up with the orders.

Can't log in to change my info

No one has helped me. Im getting charged and not receiving my product. I moved and now have a new address. Should be a simple change, right? But I have tried to log into my account for several weeks not to only get a completely white screen. I thought it was a temporary glitch. Perhaps their working on the website. So I kept trying here there. After week, still the same problem. So Im trying to get in touch with someone to fix my problem. So my last shipment was shipped to the wrong address, Im charged for it, cant get my address corrected, and STILL no one to help me. I have been a loyal customer for years. I dont want to cancel but Im getting charged and not Product to show for it. What am I to do???

Can't get a live person to speak to unless you put your credit card # in

I try to call customer service and they(you) tell me to go online. This is NOT helping.

I simply wanted to get a replacement handle. But you are making this REALLY difficult. Now I have to have a minimum of 100 characters.

Can't get ahold of anyone

I have been trying to cancel with you for two weeks now. When attempting to sign in you state my password or email is wrong. So I did password reset. Got nothing sent to my email even the your website states its correct.

Terrible customer service cannot reach out and speak to a person need to do chat .

asked this company to stop sending razors we have way too many more than a years supply . i asked for a new shave handle so they charged me for a new handle than charged me for another pack of razors after i asked twice through the dumb chat please dont send anymore razors.dont do buisiness with them .

Bad customer service

Unable to contact or find account on website. Cannot cancel deliveries. They make it difficult to search through the website to make changes. They send too much product and continue to charge me without a way out. The website conveniently stops working when I try to adjust deliveries or put deliveries on hold. Unfortunately, I gave them my credit card info so my credit card company will not cancel charges and require me to contact the vendor.

User's recommendation: Set you delivery dates out enough so that you are not overstocked with no way out.

Never received proper replacement handle. .Order and paid for wrong handle

Same as above returned handle for credit or replacement. Never got a response! Keep sending me white blades that I can use due to no handle. Cancel all future orders for blades, I wasted too much time and money with this foolish must. Goodbye, and you have many chances to correct this situation. Enough is enough.
