Sending razors to the wrong address and I can't update it in the site

I recently moved and have had no luck in changing the address on my account. I've tried multiple times on their website. They keep shipping it to the wrong address and it's not even getting forwarded to me with the mail forwarding. Post office is probably stealing it. I'm trying to get a hold of someone and this company is just ridiculous with not allowing us to directly call. I even emailed them to no success no response. What do we do?

I need to fix something

Dollar Shave Club - I need to fix something
My monthly order of razors are good. Just not sure what's the confusion. On my next order I just added shave butter to my next order. You guy's charged my account but my next shipment of razors isn't till next month. What's going on. I seen that a charge was made then refunded. Then I received another email stating its on its way. ??? This is my original order. I don't need mh razors and butter till next shipment.

I never get an answer, not a live call back agent! Not the next day or otherwise. I have sent an email and left a voice message (on hold), then the business day ends of course. I'm in Eastern Standard, so again, go figure. I loved it until then!!!
