New razors and handle

I recently started back with you guys and ordered razors, handle and shave butter. The razors and handle do not have the trimmer blade and that is what I thought was included. Also, this razor does not shave clean as I always have to go over the same areas a few times for a smooth shave. Please remove me from reoccurring Orders with the blades I have.thank you

I complained about how the quality of their products got so poor and how disappointed I am after using them for years and recommending them to so many people. It gave me the worse razor burn ive ever had!!

Shipping questions

I did not receive my blades in the July order. I did get the two razors which were an add on. Since then in attempting to resolve the issue through a chat with employee Anahi I have now received three additional orders which appears I have been billed for two of those orders. The problem is you cannot talk to anyone by phone. It is costing me money for shipping confusion at your end. Help!!

New shaver handle

The website doesnt show 2 blade handles only. If you dont make them anymore I need to know that. I still have 10 packs of 2 blade heads and no handles to attach them to.
