New razor

Cancel my membership. If I cant get a hold of yall by phone then yall dont need my membership to continue. Ive been trying to get a hold of you for a year and a half because you canceled my razor heads and gave me cheaper ones for the same price so cancel my membership.

I hope DSC see this. They changed their website, and now are required to activate a new account. The email never comes to complete this. Many attempts to contact them with no response. Twitter, their website, email, messenger. They sure can double the price of my blades though.

Bad communication.

It seems something has happened to the company within the past 6 months. The quality of the blades and materials have gone down, customer service is unresponsive and the overall way the business is being run is mostly automated. The past 2 months being the worst. The only way you get help/response is by complining at BBB or on social media. Looks like they finally got too big to monitor or care about their clients.

Cancel account under Terri Morgan, but you are unreachable. I don’t need the service anymore. I am getting reoccurring charges. I need to notify BBB if nothing is done.

It was a good service but unable to contact anyone. I cant remember my email for account had service for many years. This is unacceptable to take advantage of a senior citizen and consumer.

Wrong razors

They sent me the wrong razors. I used the white razors. They sent me the black razors. My razor is silver, blue, and Gray. And the razor is white, Gray blue, the yellow strip. You sent me a black razor with a blue strip. I don't have a handle to fit those. I paid for the raises. I expect the right ones. And your phone numbers don't even go to anybody's a busy signal.

Ordered blades. Dont fit handle I have had for a number of years. Try to call customer service to find out how to return. its appears to be an impossible task in the system they have set up, using their required phone number to reach customer service. Wasted $

Impossible to speak to anybody in person about their poor customer service lost orders are never handled

Placed an order over 30 days ago. Sent an email after three weeks. Never heard anything back. Send another email never hear anything back no way to contact anybody to speak in person. Im done with this company and Im going to demand a refund and report them to the attorney generals office for the state of Minnesota.

Dollar Shave Club - DSC hasn’t responded to my emails nor have they contacted my problem
After DSC had changed to new blades and handles they continued to send and charge me for handles that I never ordered. I have sent numerous emails and all I received was automated responses. I have done business for years with this company and now even the phone number to contact then is no longer valid. I am very disappointed with DSC and they do nothing to resolve the problems. Time to do business with another company.
